Oh goodness. I’m so glad it’s Friday. I think I say that at every week’s end. April is almost here?!? And that means April Fool’s Day. Friends of mine, you better watch yo’ selves.
The photo above is by the lovely Kate of Petal and Print. She made these gorgeous petals for the staff at a delicious restaurant for Valentine’s Day. Every member of the staff was wearing one that day. Isn’t that great?
This gorgeous country wedding was spotted on Style Me Pretty. The wedding was in Texas, and let me tell you, those Texans sure know how to party. Everything was carefully planned by Wedding Warriors, and amazingly documented by Matthew Johnson Studios. View more photos after the jump. I died when I saw the hanging wooden spheres and I’m sure you will too! continue reading
I normally don’t do “tagged” posts because:
1. I don’t wear cute outfits, so cute and stylish people who tag me are sorely disappointed.
2. I don’t wear new and exciting makeup, so beautiful and makeup-savvy people who tag me are sorely disappointed.
But this is a different kind of tag. continue reading
Easter is just around the corner. Can you believe it? 2012 is flying by and I’m loving every minute. Neon is the new black. And these neon eggs don’t disappoint. Find out what they’re wrapped in after the jump. continue reading

Have you seen some of the photos of The Cream event? They’re starting to circulate and my eyes about fell out of my head. Everything is so gorgeous. Did you attend? You must tell me if you did. So that I can bug you to tell me more and more about it.
The string heart above was made by Green Wedding Shoes. And Jen is kind enough to share this DIY with the world. It’s perfect for a wedding. Or as art in your home. Maybe it could be in the shape of the state you live in.

Y’all have a great weekend! Ooh-rah!
Hola. Aren’t you so happy it’s Thursday? One more and then it’s Friday. Friday. buh duh duh DUH duh DUH duh. That song… I’m not a fan.
The cute spread below was spotted on Sweet Paul. This guy. He continues to amaze me with his amazingly simple ideas. They’re simply amazing. Amazing.
When you take a closer look, you realize that this table is actually very simple and can be created with a few different dishes, fabric, and some foliage. Simply amazing, no? Yes.
This fabric isn’t even hemmed and it’s gorgeous that way. And you can print out any quote and place it atop your choice of greenery. OR you could type out some of your own words that you KNOW will someday be recorded on some page in some famous book of quotes.
Fabric or scrapbook paper attached to the ends of straws. Looks so good.
This was styled by Sweet Paul for BHG. Click here to be inspired times ten. BHG = Better Homes & Gardens. BFG = Big Friendly Giant by Roald Dahl. Completely different, but incredibly close.

Let’s talk about one of my new favorite bloggers, Mara of M Loves M. Mara and her husband, Matt, were married last year. Their wedding was outside and is too gorgeous for words. Mara is the most adorable person who, with help of friends and family, made almost every detail of her wedding her own.
Isn’t the cake just lovely? Buntings are perfect because they are homemade but they still look unbelievably chic on top of a wedding cake. And this cake is so sleek with just a few touches here and there. Oh. I love it.
Speaking of cute bunting…
Mara had a milk and cookie bar!!!! (I just love sugar.) She hand-stamped little treat bags with a stamp designed for her by her brother. I mean, this family is so talented.
Left: Simple table numbers made with tree stumps and a square of linen. So classy. So classy.
Right: The menu board made by, you guessed it, Mara.
A woodburned box containing the programs for the ceremony. I may have to jump on the woodburning bandwagon.
Mara and Matt. Aren’t they just so in love?
Check out all of the DIY details from her wedding here.

Hey y’all! Another week has come and gone and we have been through some BIG CHANGES. Are you as excited as I am?
Let’s get down to biz-ness. To make these lucky desserts you will need:
- mini angel food cakes
- green icing
- green sprinkles
Cut the angel food cakes into pieces that have two scallops each. Drizzle green icing and lightly sprinkle. Pipe a small green stem on the plate and you’re done!
A cute pillow for a child’s bedroom.
Blue or pink. I love both.
A fun summer trend everyone should try.
Chelsea can style any table any time.
I dreamed of making this, but she did it better. Perfect for tomorrow!
Transfer paper makes everything better.
