I’ve always been told that I’m a “giver”. I tell myself that daily. Nobody else does, but it’s cool. This blog turns one at the end of this month. ONE! Can you believe it? I can’t believe that I’ve kept up with it so regularly. It’s probably because this blog is NOT a diet. Whenever I start a diet, I end up baking rolls a few hours into it. It’s kind of sad.
ANYWAY! I’ve been wanting to do a giveaway for a while, but I didn’t have a good reason for one. That all changes today. One name: Shabby Apple. These guys always come to my rescue when I need a party outfit for a night out on the buffet town. Well Right off the bat the Canary dress jumped out at me but sadly I don’t have a little girl. After that the Tess and Cecily jumped right off the page! I just don’t know if I would be brave enough to wear the Cecily with it’s bold pattern.
I am in love with the Race Point skirt. I love it because it is casual enough to wear in everyday life but could also be dressed up a little. Love the Blog!!!

I’ve been drooling over the Serenade (maxi dress) in Cobalt blue for quite some time!!!
First of all I LOVE SHABBY APPLE. I love them so much I have their website bookmarked!! I’m guessing you already know but the hubby and I recently went through the temple, and I am in need of a new dress I can wear to church, one that is modest enough for me to wear (you know what I mean?). And the problem is that it is so dang hard to just pick one!!! But I will try!!
I usually go for something comfortable and simple so I would have to pick between the Matinee Dress or the Red Queen Dress

Loving the blog Lexy! And Shabby Apple is great! So feminine and classic. The Alice dress is gorgeous – lace is my best friend these days. I’m also eying the “Dimple” blue pumps (I have a pair of mustard yellow ankle length pants that are begging to be paired with them!). Not to mention every single ring.
