The Classic Alt Summit Hangover
It came as fast as it went. I’ve spent the last several months preparing for the BIGGEST event, Alt Summit. I’ve missed sleep. I’ve spent money. I’ve eaten many a Jordan Almond. It’s been a little insane at our house. And then last week, I left for Utah and spent a few days with some of the most talented bloggers in the UNIVERSE! As an Alt-virgin, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I can tell you that I had some great experiences and made some of the best friends.
I’m taking a day to collect my thoughts, but will have two posts for you tomorrow. In the morning, I’ll share the things I learned and the memories I made. In the afternoon, we’re going to be talkin’ about those amazing business cards. Seriously, you guys. Alt is like the fashion week of paper. It’s a little crazy. And I loved every card I saw.
While I bounce back from my lack of sleep and detox from Diet Coke (never gonna happen), take a minute to view the #altsummit instagram and twitter feed. You can see all the glory there. You may even catch a pic or two of my crazy dance moves. Legendary, I tell you. :)

Sounds like you had a blast. Must say am totally jealous of all the bloggers that got to make it out there. One day I hope they do a Europe-based Alt! Looking forward to living vicariously through your posts (and get some business card inspiration)

Elena, let’s pull all our resources and get them to do one in Europe! Wouldn’t that be the best thing ever?!?! However, there are so many places I love in Europe that it would be hard to choose a location!
Just found your blog from the #altsummit feed and its beautiful. i wasn’t there (an hour south in provo going to school the whole week…fail) but kept up via twitter and instagram and am loving learning so much from all the recap posts. can’t wait to read yours!
