Happy Holidays, folks! As I type, it’s a blizzard outside. I just ate pancakes. And Baby V is chattin’ up a storm. Life is good. And do you know what makes it even better? This Christmas Light Garland. Made from paper and glitzier than Jack Frost (he’s glitzy?), it really lights up your mantle! It’s a recent DIY project I created for Curbly and you can head over there for step-by-step instructions with pics!

We all love gifts. I love to give them. Love to get them. One thing I love more than the actual gift is how it’s wrapped. I love the millions of ways you can customize the packaging of presents. I have a whole pinterest board dedicated to gift wrap!
I’m sharing an easy lil’ project over on Curbly today. Learn how to make your own wood veneer gift boxes!
I’d honestly be happy to just receive one of these little wooden fellas. They’re fun to wrap up! Go visit Curbly for the full how-to with more pictures!

It’s Tuesday. TUESDAY. Tuesday. Ah. I wish it was Friday. The weekends are just flying by. I’m sure it has something to do with the impending arrival of BG-dub. We’ve been spending all our spare time trying to prepare for her. But don’t you fret! I haven’t forgotten to share some good ol’ DIY projects! Today’s is one I made for Curbly and I’m stoked to finally share it!
A few months ago, Logan and I decided to build our own dining table. We couldn’t find one we loved, so we thought we’d try our hand at creating one specific to our tastes. And boy, did
we he deliver. Logan built us a dream table that I can’t wait to share with y’all! We had a bunch of pine left over and I decided it needed to be used. Enter: fabric dye.
These wooden dip-dyed vases add instant color and awesomeness to any room. For more pics and the full how-to, hop on over to Curbly! And to see more DIYs, click here!
I’ll see you guys back here tomorrow. I’m sharing my DIY post for the Trade & Made DIY Challenge! Woo woo!
Aloha, mi amigos. See what I did there? I speak many languages. We are back from Hawaii and I am trying to recover. It was a wonderful trip that was mostly wonderful the whole time. Things that weren’t wonderful? Flights home when you’re almost 6 months prego. Two words: Fluid Retention. That’s all I’m going to say about that.
I absolutely love to garden. Unfortunately, since we’ve moved, we don’t have access to one. I’ve been forced to create a mini-oasis on our little deck at our new place. Lots of pots. Lots of petals. I’m not a pro, and sometimes mix up the herbs. To keep me straight, I created these little garden markers made from clay and you can check out the whole tutorial over on Curbly!
I swear they are so easy to make. If you’ve ever made cut-out cookies, you can definitely make these. So head on over for the how-to!
